“The Reformation” Germany & Switzerland A journey to Germany & Switzerland !
Join us on an All Inclusive tour to “The Reformation” Germany & Switzerland. Follow the steps of the reformers that taught us Grace is efficient. They also taught us to have a personal relationship with our Lord. While in Germany we will attend the Oberammergau Passion Play! In 1633, in the quaint Bavarian town of Oberammergau, gripped by war, poverty and plague, the villagers of Oberammergau vowed to put on a ‘passion play’ every ten years if their village was spared. They survived, and performed the very first Oberammergau Passion Play in 1634. Ever since, their descendants have carried out this pledge, giving you the opportunity to attend this unique experience in 2020.
We have added a Pre Extension including a tour of Munich and an excursion to Augsburg, where the Augsburg Confession was presented in 1530. Then we visit Dachau, one of the concentration camps that will be hard to understand, but must be remembered.
Our Post Extension takes us to Lake Geneva and Nyon, sure to be a beautiful day. The next will be a visit to a stunning Alpine village on the French border. Here you’ll have time to enjoy the beautiful scenery and explore this quaint town.
Join us on this life changing tour.
